Elaphe uses state-of-the-art, in-house developed manufacturing processes tailored to the technology, to create robust and automated solutions for manufacturing. Detail to manufacturability is given in the concept design phase and it is a constant companion of the design process. This allows Elaphe to provide fast, efficient, and optimal prototyping processes that can transition into small or high volume manufacturing in the shortest time possible.
Using the vast experience in motor design and assembly, Elaphe is dedicated to develop own assembly and production tools in order to make the production processes more efficient and scalable. Even at the prototype stage the production follows standards which are applicable in mass production of in-wheel motors. Every stage of the assembly process includes several quality control checks, to ensure maximal quality and standards compliance of the assembled products.
