Leadership Transition at Elaphe<\/h1>\n

We are pleased to share important leadership updates at Elaphe.<\/p>\n

Dr.-Ing. Rainer Kallenbach, our current CEO, will assume the role of Chairman of the Elaphe Board, where his lifetime of business leadership and strategic insight will bring the greatest value. In this position, Rainer will continue to guide Elaphe\u2019s long-term growth and global partnerships, mentor the management team and guide Elaphe\u2019s transformation into a systems company.<\/p>\n

At the same time, we are proud to announce Dr. Gorazd Gotovac as our new Chief Executive Officer. As co-founder and longtime CTO, Gorazd has been the driving force behind our core technologies\u2014from pioneering in-wheel motor architecture to the high-speed control software that sets Elaphe apart.<\/p>\n

This transition reflects what defines us most clearly: Elaphe focuses on delivering innovative products. Gorazd, deeply technical at heart, understands both the details of our technology and the emerging needs of OEM customers, as we transition into a new era in the automotive. As CEO, he now takes on operational leadership, continuing to form a top management team with Rainer and Matej Bi\u010dek, our CFO, and working closely with the Board and dedicated Elaphe team to steer the next phase of commercialization and global impact.<\/p>\n

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Rainer for his dedicated tenure as CEO, and to Jacqueline Dedo for her service as Chairwoman of the Board. She will continue to serve as a valued member of our Board. More details about our full Board to follow soon.<\/p>\n
