PROCESNE IZBOLJ\u0160AVE 2017-2018 (Optimizacije poslovnih procesov vodenja)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elaphe v letu 2018 izvaja projekt LeanElaphe z namenom optimizacije poslovnih procesov vodenja. Delujemo na podro\u010dju avtomobilske industrije ter mobilnosti, kjer so vitki poslovni procesi predstavljajo temelj konkuren\u010dnosti. Zato v letu 2018 na\u010drtujemo izbolj\u0161ave poslovnih procesov na podro\u010dju upravljanja \u010dlove\u0161kih virov ter vitkega in agilnega na\u010dina vodenja razvojnih projektov. Klju\u010dna elementa za u\u010dinkovito delovanje podjetja sta namre\u010d izpiljeni in jasni procesi ter usposobljena ekipa. Ta dva vidika sta klju\u010dnega pomena za izbolj\u0161ave v celotnem delovanju, katerega kon\u010dni indikatorji so dodana vrednost na zaposlenega ter vrednost podjetja. Projekt LeanElaphe izvajamo v sodelovanju s priznanimi zunanjimi strokovnjaki.<\/p>\n

Predvidena skupna vrednost projekta je 36.000 EUR, od tega Elaphe prejme sofinaciranje v vi\u0161ini 18.000 EUR.<\/p>\n
