Project aims for a resource-efficient and decarbonised transportation system, supported by the use of advanced and highly integrated wide-bandgap (WBG) technologies in electronic power circuits of EVs and charging infrastructures, to deliver the most advanced components to the automotive industry for affordable next generation green vehicles.<\/p>\n<h3>Elaphe role &amp; partners<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Elaphe studies and investigates the industrial applicability of high-performance Infineon semiconductors. High performance spectrum of wide-band gap semiconductors represents\u00a0potential for improvement and savings within the concrete applications of the electrified power train and contribute to substantial saving of CO2 in transport and thus support the achievement of the set climate targets in Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>Among Elaphe partners in Hiperform are AVL, Infineon,\u00a0Fraunhofer, Siemens, and others.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>Acknowledgement: This project has received funding from the ECSEL Joint Undertaking (JU) under grant agreement No 783174.
