Ta subvencija bo slu\u017eila kot zagotovitev nadaljnje rasti za ekipo in\u017eenirjev s 150+ \u010dlani ter doseganje vi\u0161je prevlade na trgu na podro\u010dju novih re\u0161itev za mobilnost, osebnih vozil, SUV-jev, lahkih vozil (LCV-jev), elektri\u010dnih vertikalno vzletajo\u010dih letal (eVTOL) in drugih aplikacij, ki izkori\u0161\u010dajo tehnologijo motorjev z visokim navorom in visoko mo\u010djo za neposredni pogon.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>ELAPHE - PIONIR MOBILNOSTI Z NEPOSREDNIM POGONOM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elaphe Propulsion Technologies Ltd. je pionir na podro\u010dju pogonov v kolesih za elektri\u010dna in hibridna vozila. Od svoje ustanovitve je vklju\u010den v slovensko pobudo elektrifikacije mobilnosti in integriran v trajnostni energetski ekosistem ter ima klju\u010dno vlogo pri pripravi nacionalnega energetskega na\u010drta za segment mobilnosti. <strong>positioning itself as a pioneer of in-wheel drives<\/strong> for electric and hybrid vehicles. Since its foundation, Elaphe is leading the development of Slovenian policies related to the electrification of mobility and integration into the sustainable energy ecosystem by playing a crucial role in National energy plan preparation for the segment of mobility.<\/p>\n<p>Bodisi s podporo meril za subvencije za elektri\u010dna vozila, obve\u0161\u010danjem ustreznih ministrstev in vladnih agencij o potencialu elektri\u010dne mobilnosti ali drugimi aktivnostmi, je Elaphe na teh podro\u010djih aktiven \u017ee od leta 2010.<\/p>\n<p>V zadnjih letih je Elaphe postal \u010dlan EPoSS in EGVIA ter zdaj podpira oblikovanje politik za napredna elektri\u010dna vozila in evropske raziskave in razvoj na tem podro\u010dju.<\/p>\n<p>V svoji 15+ letni zgodovini je podjetje razvilo ve\u010d kot 20 razli\u010dnih kolesnih motorjev, ki so bili do zdaj vgrajeni v ve\u010d kot 100 elektri\u010dnih vozil. Ker se podjetje zavzema za trajnost, inovacije in opolnomo\u010denje mobilnost in dru\u017ebe, je slovenska agencija SPIRIT priznala Elaphe kot ambasadorja slovenskega gospodarstva, kar je dodatno prispevalo k pridobitvi 7 milijonov evrov subvencije s strani slovenske vlade za obdobje 2021-2024. <strong>Elaphe as an Ambassador for the Slovenian economy<\/strong>, which was now followed by a Slovenian government grant of 7 million EUR for 2021-2024.<\/p>\n<p>Subvencija je bila podeljena za zagotovitev nadaljnje rasti in \u0161iritve dejavnosti podjetja Elaphe. V naslednjih letih podjetje na\u010drtuje pove\u010danje proizvodnih zmogljivosti, da zadosti zahtevam strank. Zaradi dela na \u0161tevilnih projektih (pri\u010dakujejo tudi \u0161e ve\u010djo potrebo po motorjih v kolesih) se povpra\u0161evanje pove\u010duje, zato je potrebno pove\u010dati tudi proizvodnjo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>USTVARJANJE KOMPETENTNE EKIPE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elaphe je \u017ee pove\u010dal svoj bazen izku\u0161enj in strokovnega znanja; v zadnjem letu so obse\u017eno zaposlovali in ustvarili ekipo z ve\u010d kot 150 in\u017eenirji (decembra 2021).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"Subvencija v vi\u0161ini 7 milijonov evrov za rast Elapheja nam daje dodatno potrditev prizadevanj na\u0161e ekipe in nam omogo\u010da hitrej\u0161o in bolj u\u010dinkovito rast. Z novimi izzivi in, seveda, tudi prilo\u017enostmi, i\u0161\u010demo kompetentne \u010dlane ekipe, ki so motivirani, da vplivajo na novo obdobje mobilnosti,\" je povedal Gorazd Lampi\u010d, izvr\u0161ni direktor Elapheja.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ni dvoma, da tako mednarodni kot lokalni posamezniki ka\u017eejo zanimanje za podjetje, v katerem zdaj deluje ekipa 17-ih razli\u010dnih narodnosti z razli\u010dnimi kulturnimi in industrijskimi ozadji.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5647 aligncenter lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/in-wheel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Teamresized-300x171.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"388\" height=\"198\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 388px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 388\/198;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>SLOVENSKI EKOSISTEM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010ceprav je Slovenija morda pogosto spregledana na radarju, saj ima le 2,1 milijona prebivalcev na 20.271 km2 povr\u0161ine, pa je v dr\u017eavi veliko vizionarjev. \u010ce se za zdaj osredoto\u010dimo na avtomobilsko industrijo, je Slovenija \u017ee na svetovnem zemljevidu proizvajalcev vle\u010dnih motorjev, saj ima 2 % skupnega tr\u017enega dele\u017ea, v primerjavi z najve\u010djim trgom - Kitajsko, ki pokriva 30 %. Kot je bilo \u017ee omenjeno na dogodku Iskra ISD Technology Day, ki ga je organiziral IDTechEx, je Slovenija uvr\u0161\u010dena na 7. mesto med najve\u010djimi svetovnimi proizvajalci elektri\u010dnih motorjev - na svetu!<\/p>\n<p>Poleg tega se Slovenija pona\u0161a z dose\u017eki na podro\u010dju \u0161porta, kar je bilo potrjeno tudi na olimpijskih igrah leta 2021, kjer smo zasedli 4. mesto glede na \u0161tevilo zlatih medalj na prebivalca. Prav tako je dr\u017eava na 6. mestu na seznamu najbolj mirnih dr\u017eav (vir: Global Peace Index 2021) in ponuja odli\u010dno okolje za vzgojo otrok (vir: CIA Landlords).<\/p>\n<p>Ko gre za inovacije, je bilo ugotovljeno, da je imela skoraj polovica podjetij inovacijske dejavnosti v obdobju 2016-2018 (vir: Republika Slovenija, Statisti\u010dni urad) in tako ostaja \u0161e danes. Elaphe nedvomno spada v to podro\u010dje; ustanovljeno je bilo s strani priznanega fizika Andreja Detela in Gorazda Lampi\u010da ter danes odpira nove mo\u017enosti na podro\u010dju oblikovanja vozil in njihovih zmogljivosti.<\/p>\n<p>Prihodnost podjetja Elaphe Propulsion Technologies je svetla, vendar jo v prihodnosti \u010daka \u0161e veliko ve\u010d, saj dela na naju\u010dinkovitej\u0161ih re\u0161itvah za pogon, ki spreminjajo avtomobilsko industrijo; korak za korakom proti ve\u010djemu vplivu.
