{"id":6076,"date":"2022-03-07T14:30:19","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T13:30:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/in-wheel.com\/?p=6076"},"modified":"2023-08-01T09:21:31","modified_gmt":"2023-08-01T08:21:31","slug":"astrabat-article","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/in-wheel.com\/sl\/news\/astrabat-article\/","title":{"rendered":"ASTRABAT pridobil certifikate za novo baterijo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tehni\u010dna partnerja evropskega projekta ASTRABAT, Elaphe in Lomartov, sta za revijo Innovation News Network razpravljala o razvoju in testiranju nove arhitekture vse-trdnostne Li-ionske baterijske celice za naslednjo generacijo Li-ionskih baterij<\/p>\n<p>Inovacijska mre\u017ea nas je kontaktirala z zanimanjem po napredku na podro\u010dju trdnostnih baterij, razvitih v okviru evropskega projekta ASTRABAT in njegovih 14 partnerjev.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"Cilj projekta je omogo\u010diti masovno uporabo vse-trdnostnih Li-ionskih baterij. Kljub temu ostajajo nekateri izzivi.\"<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Trenutne omejitve Li-ionskih baterij so omejena gostota energije in varnostne te\u017eave, povezane s po\u017earnimi nevarnostmi in izpustom strupenih plinov v primeru termi\u010dne preobremenitve. Projekt v celoti odgovarja na te potrebe in razvija Li-ionsko baterijo z dalj\u0161im \u017eivljenjskim ciklom, ve\u010djim razponom delovnih temperatur, ni\u017ejimi stro\u0161ki ter zadostno energijsko in mo\u010dnostno gostoto, da bo zagotovila pri\u010dakovano avtonomijo vozil do 500 km.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/in-wheel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Astrabat_battery_leclanche-300x212.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 300px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 300\/212;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>ASTRABAT se osredoto\u010da na razvoj vse-trdnostnih Li-ionskih baterij za masovno uporabo. Za dosego tega cilja so zastavljeni naslednji cilji: \u017eivljenjski cikel baterije 500 ciklov, kapaciteta celice 10 Ah in gostota energije 350 Wh\/kg. Hkrati je cilj, da baterija nima vnetljivega elektrolita, ne pu\u0161\u010da in ne tvori plinov med cikli.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Vse-trdnostne baterije (ASSB - ang. All-solid-state batteries) so po naravi varnej\u0161e od konvencionalnih Li-ionskih baterij, saj imajo namesto teko\u010dih in gelastih elektrolite trdne elektronite.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Elektrolit je osnovan na polimerih (ORMOCER**\u00ae in fluorokarbonskih polimerih) inprevodnem dodatku (LLZO) kot obetavnemu trdnemu elektrolitu, ki je elektrokemi\u010dno stabilno in ima dobre ionske prevodnosti (v obmo\u010dju 0,4 mS\/cm).<\/p>\n<p>Na anodni strani se obi\u010dajno uporabljeni grafit nadomesti s silicijem, kar potroji trenutno gostoto energije. Silicijeve anode so tudi manj nagnjene k tvorbi dendritov v primerjavi z Li-metalnimi anodi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/in-wheel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Astrabat_Article_Image1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 300px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 300\/169;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>ASTRABAT \u017ee cilja na ve\u010d kot 65% recikla\u017ee svojih materialov. Celica je v celoti zasnovana z ekolo\u0161kimi na\u010deli, pri \u010demer se upo\u0161teva okoljski odtis vseh njegovih sestavnih delov, uporabljajo se varnostni standardi na celici vse-trdnostne baterije (ASSB), ki nima vnetljivega elektrolita, ne pu\u0161\u010da in ne tvori plinov med cikli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V okviru projekta ASTRABAT je vklju\u010deno tudi podjetje Elaphe, ki se specializira za razvoj re\u0161itev za motorje v kolesih in opravlja validacijo za zmogljivost in okoljsko odpornost teh sistemov. Sodelujejo pri testiranju baterij na prekomerno polnjenje\/prekomerno praznjenje na vozilu, pa tudi pri analizi vzdr\u017eljivosti in zmogljivosti baterij v ekstremnih pogojih.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elaphe ima predhodne izku\u0161nje s testiranjem baterij in delovanjem nadzorne enote baterije, ki jih je pridobil v okviru delovanja n drugem evropskem projektu, imenovanem STABLE. Projekt STABLE se je osredoto\u010dal na izbolj\u0161anje \u017eivljenjske dobe in cikli\u010dnosti Li-ionskih baterij. <a href=\"https:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/project\/id\/314508\">Project STABLE<\/a> was focused on the improvement of the lifetime and cyclability of Li-air batteries.<\/p>\n<p>Uspe\u0161no so razvili inovativne materiale in tehnologije za Li-ionske baterije z izbolj\u0161ano zmogljivostjo v dalj\u0161i \u017eivljenjski dobi in specifi\u010dnah kapacitetah.
