{"id":6501,"date":"2023-02-03T09:53:58","date_gmt":"2023-02-03T08:53:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/in-wheel.com\/?p=6501"},"modified":"2024-08-08T08:43:12","modified_gmt":"2024-08-08T07:43:12","slug":"em-tech","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/in-wheel.com\/sl\/active-projects\/em-tech\/","title":{"rendered":"EM-TECH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7800 alignnone lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/in-wheel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/EM-TECH_logo_clean-copy-920x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"276\" height=\"307\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 276px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 276\/307;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>EM-TECH je kratica za: \"Innovative e-motor technologies covering e-axles and e-corners vehicle architectures for high-efficient and sustainable e-mobility.\"<\/p>\n<p>Projekt zdru\u017euje 10 udele\u017eencev iz industrije in akademskega sveta, ki razvijejo nove re\u0161itve in presegajo meje tehnologije kolesnih elektri\u010dnih motorjev, in sicer preko:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>inovativnih na\u010drtov neposrednega in aktivnega hlajenja;<\/li>\n<li>virtualnih funkcij za natan\u010dno oceno delovanja v realnem \u010dasu;<\/li>\n<li>izbolj\u0161ano kontrolo motorja;<\/li>\n<li>elektri\u010dnega pretvorbenega razmerja za izbolj\u0161ano operativno prilagodljivost in energetsko u\u010dinkovitost;<\/li>\n<li>optimizacije na osnovi digitalnih dvojnikov, ki sistemati\u010dno upo\u0161tevajo analizo \u017eivljenjskega cikla in stro\u0161ke \u017eivljenjskega cikla \u017ee v zgodnjih fazah oblikovanja;<\/li>\n<li>uporabo recikliranih trajnih magnetov in re\u0161itev za kro\u017eno gospodarstvo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Predlagane inovacije bodo implementirane v nove serije radialnih kolesnih elektromotorjev, ki bodo zaznamovane z visokimi gostotami navora (&gt;150 Nm\/liter, &gt;50 Nm\/kg).\n\nRe\u0161itve bodo naslovile aplikacije za osebna vozila in dostavna vozila (s kontinuirnimi mo\u010dmi od 50 kW do 120 kW), kar bo omogo\u010dilo konkuren\u010dne stro\u0161ke (25%), in ve\u010d kot 60% zmanj\u0161anje vsebnosti redkih zemelj, vklju\u010dno z uvedbo re\u0161itev za recikliranje magnetov. \n\nEM-TECH je prejel podporo ve\u010d proizvajalcev avtomobilov (AUDI-ja in Changan UK), kar bo okrepilo izkori\u0161\u010danje strategije. Projekt EMTECH bo neposredno prispeval k relevantnim evropskim ciljem in kategorijam KSO C in A, s podporo vzpostavitvi evropskega vodstva na podro\u010dju klju\u010dnih digitalnih in novih tehnologij ter razvoju ustrezne vrednostne verige.<\/p>\n<h2>VLOGA PODJETJA ELAPHE<\/h2>\n<p>Elaphe bo podprl dejavnosti za dolo\u010ditev tehni\u010dnih zahtev za elektri\u010dne motorje in integrirane sisteme, z izra\u010dunom ocene \u017eivljenjskega cikla pa se bo generiralo podrobne modele in digitalne dvojnike ustreznih naprav in sistemov. Poleg tega bo oblikoval tudi nov neposredni pogon, ki bo omogo\u010dil naju\u010dinkovitej\u0161o izrabo elektri\u010dnega prenosa, hkrati pa ohranil zahtevano gostoto navora pogona v kolesu.
