Elaphe Propulsion Technologies is a finalist of The Golden Thread: The search for the top employers in the country

Elaphe Propulsion Technologies Ltd., a technology company, was selected as one of the seven finalists of the Golden Thread selection among mid-sized enterprises in Slovenia. As a very dynamic company, Elaphe employs over 60 scientists, research engineers and developers, forming a young, ambitious and professional team to tackle the most pressing challenges of the emerging tech in the automotive industry. The company also offers numerous opportunities for students and budding researchers and entrepreneurs.

The Golden Thread is a Slovenian yearly initiative which selects the best companies to work for. It is a research and media endeavor, to identify and promote the best employers and also to monitor, evaluate and research the dynamics of the workplace and the relationship between companies and their employees.

The goal is not only to recognize and promote good practices in those relationships, but also to have a discernible effect on the dynamics of employee development (creative and effective development of employees).

The Golden Thread is by far the largest workplace dynamics research endeavor in SE Europe, having investigated more than 73 thousand anonymous feedback questionnaires from employees of over 347 different companies.
